In this video we found a crazy amount of dog hair in this green room. It may cross your mind to think HOW IN THE WORLD DID IT GET THIS BAD? Well... we wonder that as well. We can think of a few things that may have happened. Home wasn't vacuumed AT ALL ... yeah I think this may have been the main reason, haha! It would seem the dog had its way in this green room.

In every house we strive to give the best cleaning below is our typical process after we are done vacuuming:

1.) Pre-Vacuuming: Helps to get up many dry soil in the carpets. This will help to take away loose dirt particles as well as any gravel/sand that has been tracked into the home. Pre-vacuuming the carpets also fluff the carpet fibers, loosening deep down dirt from within. This will make the overall carpet washing task more effective since it will be able to clean deeper. While vacuuming, we will be able to notice small items that could impair a carpet cleaner if allowed to be picked up during the cleaning, such as elastics, hair accessories, small toys and other things that could block the hose and cause some delay in the cleaning process. If you want optimal results we HIGHLY recommend pre-vacuuming.

2.) Suction along the edges: We use the suction hose from our truckmount system on the van to help suck up along the edge of the carpets in each room so that it picks up loose particles that the vacuum didn't get. So you can say we try to pick up every thing we can before we start our steam cleaning.

3.) Pre-spray: It's like detergent sprayed on you dishes before you start agitating it to get the sudds. That is what prespraying does. We spray ("detergent") solution down after all the (left over food) debri has been vacuumed up and let it sit before the agitation process.

4.) Agitation (Scrubbing): Rubs, agitates the solution into the carpets allowing the "detergent" to do its job before the final steam cleaning process.

5.) Steam Cleaning: Whether with a wand or a rotovac. Both tools do essentially the same fundamental thing, high powered solution/rinse sprayed onto carpet at the same time suction also occurs sucking up the wet dirty soil from the carpet.

Hope you enjoy the process and the before and after!
