Use the multi-purpose blade or the meat mincer according to the different ingredients(see recipe).
Put the ingredients in a container. Rest the bamix® on the bottom of a container, while processing, use a light rotating motion from the wrist. Hold the bamix® at an angle, then raise. Repeat it until you have reached the required fineness.
Use the multi-purpose blade for doughs. Hold the bamix® at an angle and draw it slowly through the dough.
