For this project we got tasked with customizing a 2 car garage with a Flake System in McAllen Texas.

Essential things to take note when doing these.

1. Concrete has to be fully prepped, Diamond grinding is a great way to go.

2. Vacuuming of substrate to ensure proper adhesion

3. Use professional coatings, for this one we went with an epoxy chip binder that penetrates deep into the concrete and gives a good shine and clean look.

4. Have enough flake to broadcast the whole area, many ways to customize your garage floor space.

5. Scrape off the excess of flake and make sure to gather as much as possible as these can be reused. Vacuum surface area.

6. Always topcoat! For this one we installed a UV stable Polyaspartic to protect the floor for many years.
