Note: once this is setup it's a quick and easy process to change the sizes in a pdf, to setup please follow the below step-by-step instructions:-

1. Make sure Adobe Acrobat Pro full version is installed
2. Open the source PDF in Adobe Acrobat
3. Click on Tools in the main menu
4. type "Crop" in the drop-down window or click "Edit PDF" in the right-hand sidebar and then click the 'Crop Pages' button in the toolbar
5. Double left mouse click on the pages you want to make larger to match the largest page
6. In the "Set Page Boxes" window select the page size you want it to be e.g. see the fixes pages dropdown or enter the width/height in the custom box
7. Then click the "OK" button to make the change
8. To Change a range of pages click the 'Crop Pages' button in the toolbar again then double left mouse click on a page to change.
9. In the "From" and "To" boxes enter e.g. 3 to 4
10 . Then click the "OK" button to make the changes

To finally scale down to a smaller page size for all the pdf:-
11. Click on the File menu, Print...
12. In the Print window select the "Adobe PDF" printer and click "Properties"
13. In the Adobe PDF Printer Properties, Adobe PDF Page Size dropdown select the destination page size you want e.g. A4
14. Select "Prompt for Adobe PDF filename" in the "Adobe Output Folder" dropdown
15. Click "OK" then click "Print"
16. Name the output PDF File and then open it when complete
