After getting all of X's upgrades, especially all of the parts to his Fourth Armor, it was now time to commence the endgame, starting with the Space Port!

Colonel and his Repliforce were gathering there for a trip to space. Use everything at your disposal to catch up to them! This is a rather short stage.

X eventually catches up to Colonel and tries to make him stop his plan, but Colonel was still focused on gaining his force's independence and challenged X to a duel to the death!

This time around, Colonel has more moves to use, such as summoning lightning that rises from the ground.

However, he's still weak to the bitter cold, so as X, you can damage him the most with Frost Tower.

Eventually, X succeeds at defeating Colonel, but then he revealed to him that his Repliforce have already gone into deep space, and that they will carry out his goal of independence.

This marked the death of Colonel. All X could do now... was head into space, himself!
