Here are some simple movements to make you feel a little better when you don't feel like doing much!

I'm a former professional ballerina with international experience. I teach one-on-one adult ballet classes to women who are looking for a movement-based workout. Ballet classes are amazing for gaining strength and mobility.

I teach a REAL ballet barre, working on technique slowly until clients are ready to progress. Classes are personalized for each of my client's individual fitness goals.
