You Can Swing On Tennis Volleys! Differences of Low & High Volleys

Usually we hear that you can't swing on tennis volleys. And I say, yes you can!
As long as you follow some key tips for both footwork and racketwork, you can take the racket back further on higher, slower balls. Or just go full out and use the swing volley!
