Is The Dabi Buff Enough In My Hero Ultra Rumble?

Dabi received a buff in the recent My Hero Ultra Rumble patch so it was time to run some games with him. These buffs while I’m sure they’ll be useful are overshadowed by how good his gamma is (when I don’t get hit out of it) as an aggressive tool.
