Keto Cranberry Jelly

4 ingredients and only 10 minutes to make

Don’t buy canned. Make your own!

*included in video- instructions on how to make powdered (confectioners) sugar*


Ingredients:

12 oz Cranberries
1 cup Powdered erythritol *See notes
3/4 cup Water
1 tsp Orange zest (optional; add more if you like more orange flavor)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract


Add all ingredients except vanilla to pot.

Bring to a boil. Turn heat down to low simmer 10-15 minutes. Berries will pop and sauce will thicken into jelly consistency.
