We even went to this spot during the start of the "shoulder" season in mid-September...but were unfortunately disappointed. Sometimes places are not always what the instagram images make you believe. If you plan a visit to Cinque Terre Italy this year be prepared mentally for crowds unlike we were, or consider visiting a nearby coastal town instead like Sestri Levante which we much preferred.
