鮮淮山炒肉片Fried Pork with Fresh Chinese Yam
材料有 新鮮的淮山, 瘦肉(豬肉), 雲耳, 紅蘿蔔, 椰菜, 洋蔥, 管菇, 薑, 蒜頭Ingredients include fresh Chinese Yam, lean meat (pork), Snow fungus, carrot, cabbage, onion, Bunashimeji/Beech Mushroom, ginger, garlic
