What are the things people need to be doing to create a systemized outbound lead gen process?

There's really, I think, three main workflows and they all connect with each other. And so you can't totally separate them. But the first is the infrastructure piece.

So setting up the domains and the DNS configurations and there's always the interesting little things happening there.

The next is building the lists and potentially doing segmentation enrichment on lists and things like that, kind of more of a data activity, but it is strategic as well.

And then finally, the list you have dictates what kind of copy you can write, because if you only have email addresses, for example, well then your email is going to need to be really generic.
