Our Summer Solstice flow invites you to trust in your light.
You are capable of relating to the dark, frightening, and challenging aspects of our world…without letting that diminish or extinguish your light.

What helps you connect to the light that lives in your heart? What helps you to trust your capacity to shine bright with love even in difficult circumstances?

Physically, this class works through clearing tension from the body to create more space for the flow of prana, your lifeforce energy, your light!

We will strengthen your core to help you feel anchored in your center so that you can extend light outward to the world without losing the tether to yourSelf

See if you can sense the fertile ground within you. It is within this dark, rich soil that you plant the seeds for your personal transformation. Remember that these seeds already carry the potential for your full bloom. While this may be difficult to believe at this time, I encourage you to trust that you already hold within you the most beautiful expression of your soul’s purpose.
