Warhammer 40.000 from Scratch - Leviathan [2]

Rules
1. Every month, we have 200 USD to spend. The Games Workshop MSRP serves as a guideline here, but if we can get a discount from a retailer or store, I will allow it.
2. We can only purchase miniatures available as sealed products. That means if we for example wanted to include a unit of Suppressors in our army, we would have to buy an entire Combat Patrol, because suppressors are not available outside of that box.
3. Glue, Paint and rulebooks are not included in the budget.
