The base elegantly integrates functional spaces, while the middle floors showcase textured brickwork, highlighting the beauty of mortar craftsmanship. The attic, with its dynamic roof slopes and integrated terrace, offers a unique "hat-like" finish that pays homage to the area’s architectural heritage.

Inside, a sculptural staircase connects all levels, culminating in a spacious eat-in kitchen on the top floor, with panoramic corner windows framing the picturesque surroundings.
