How to switch from Regular to Direct fund on Groww App

First you will have to Track the fund:
step 1: Open the Groww App
step 2: Tap on 'You'
step 3: Tap on 'Track External Investments'
step 4: Tap on 'Next'
step 5: Tap on 'Enter your Email'
step 6: Here, Enter your Email ID used for external investments
step 7: Then Tap on 'Request Report'
step 8: Check your email inbox, you should receive an Email from Kravy
step 9: After you have received the Email, Go on the App and Tap on 'Received'
step 10: Now open the mail that you have received and forward it to '[email protected];
step 11: Go back on the Groww App and then Tap on 'Yes' after you have forwarded the correct email to [email protected]
step 12: Read that and tap on 'OK, GOT IT'
step 13: Now you can track your external investments

To Switch
step 1: Open the Groww App
step 2: Tap on 'Dashboard'
step 3: Scroll to your external investment
step 4: Tap on the fund that you want to switch to direct
step 5: Now, Tap on Switch to direct
step 6: Read and then Tap on 'Confirm'
step 7: Tap the 'Done'
Step 8: You have switched your funds.
Cancel your SIP's from all other platforms
In about 4 working days, the switch from Regular to the direct fund will be confirmed
