Fast Feathers: Beginner and Advanced

The One Page Rules Beastmen Harpies have a lot of feathers, and while the models are really nice and detailed, for a whole unit, it might take a bit much to go over every detail individually. So I've got couple of quick methods of getting some fast feathers that still look good, but that don't take too long. As well a way to use an airbrush instead and how it can all come together on a single model.
