I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise serious concerns and seek clarification regarding the recent actions taken on my Instant Account (Account Number: 3035922), which was originally a $5,000 account, later scaled to $10,000 after hitting the 10% profit target.

After scaling the account, I had earned a total profit of $836, and the required 14 days were also successfully completed. However, I was surprised and disappointed to see that my account was cancelled and replaced with a new $5,000 account. I would like to request clarification on the following points:

1. Account Cancellation After Scaling:

If a trader fails to follow the lot size limit, does that justify cancelling a $10,000 account and replacing it with a $5,000 account? Is this approach standard and fair?

2. Payout Rejection After 14 Days Completion:

Even after meeting the 14-day requirement, can a lot size violation be grounds for completely rejecting the payout?
My payout was showing as “Pending” on the dashboard and the system indicated that it would be released after 7 days. Your live chat team also confirmed that it would be processed on Monday. However, instead of receiving the payout, I was issued a new account without proper explanation.

3. Industry Standard Practice:

From my understanding—and after speaking with several traders and YouTubers—the usual practice is to deduct profits from only the trades that violated the lot size limit, not cancel the entire payout.
But in my case, no partial payout was made. Please clarify if your policy is different and share official documentation regarding this.

4. Request for Official Rule Document:

Kindly share your official rules or policy regarding:

Lot size violations

Payout processing

Account downgrades or cancellations

Especially the rule which states that violating the lot size limit leads to full payout rejection and account replacement or downgrade.

5. Trust and Transparency:

I had trusted Instant Funding for over 3 years, and this experience has seriously shaken that trust. I worked hard, achieved my goals, and followed the general requirements. If this is how violations are handled, with no warning, no partial payout, and no prior notice, I am forced to reconsider my association with your firm.

6. Final Note:

After receiving the replacement account, I unfortunately breached it. But this entire experience has been disheartening, and I want to be clear: I will not purchase from Instant Funding again unless this issue is fairly addressed.
