Ep. 184 - All work? All play? A bit of both!

This week we have been to the Targovishte spring fair, taken a tour of the garden and land, started the wood processing for this year and made elderflower champagne!

It's been even busier than that with a couple of other trips out.

Elderflower champagne recipe

Flowers from 9 large heads of elderflowers
900 g sugar
Juice and zest from 4 lemons
5 g wine or champagne yeast
5 litres water

Elderflower and Strawberry champagne

Flowers from 8 large heads of elderflowers
500 g strawberries
200 g raisins
1 kg sugar
Juice and zest from 2 lemons
5 g wine or champagne yeast
5 litres water
