Bookkeepers, I’ll show you how to create an email canned response template in Gmail, how to use it, delete it and, I’m sharing my strategy that’s helped us scale our business over the years.

In this video, I walk you through how to turn on the right setting, avoid having duplicate signatures, how to name your templates to organize them, and my strategy for creating the email scripts in google docs.

(NOTE: Open/compose a new email: then the 3 dots you need to click on to set up and create the template inside Gmail is located bottom right, to the left of the trash can...that got cut off in the video editing).

Email templates are also known as canned responses, and Gmail makes it super simple to create, save and use these email templates to improve efficiency, have consistency, and save you time which then turn to profits.
