Las cabezas de muchos aspirantes ruedan ... ¡Sin embargo, un día, un cierto Calaf puede resolver sus enigmas! Turandot le pide a Altun que no la case con el ganador, pero Calaf es generoso, y le dice que si ella puede descubrir su nombre antes del amanecer, él renunciará a su victoria y morirá. Turandot es un cuento de hadas hermoso y romántico cuyas lecciones morales y maravillosa música están garantizadas para complacer a todos los públicos.

We here present the dramatic fairy tale by Carlo Gozzi as told in the libretto by Adamo and Simoni for Puccini’s last opera. Turandot is Emperor Altun’s mischievous daughter who is to marry the first man of royal blood who can solve her three puzzles— at the risk of his own head! The heads of many aspirants roll… However, one day a certain Calaf is able to solve her riddles! Turandot asks Altun not to marry her to the winner, but Calaf is generous, and tells her that if she can discover his name before sunrise that he will renounce his victory and die. Turandot is a beautiful and romantic fairy tale whose moral lessons and wonderful music are guaranteed to please all audiences.
