ESO PVP - Necro "Bone Crusher" Duo Build

This build is intended to be paired with the Duo Build "Shard Runner" Templar. We are going to be using ONLY ONE or TWO damage skills on our opponents, before we start BASHING, and then our partner will be sharing ULTIMATES help us stay in GOLIATH FORM!!! My team, and I, tried our best to bring you the most streamlined builds possible. Our main focus is on reducing the number of skills needed, while STILL being able to have great success. After that, its up to you and your team to be able to work together, communicate, and not leave ANYONE BEHIND!!
