Typeface Design Advanced Concepts | Anchors, Components, Auto Layer Recipe

This tutorial is a continuation of the last tutorial. In this tutorial, we will talk about some of the advanced concepts that are commonly used in type design. We will talk about what are anchors and where they are used. We will learn how to auto create glyphs using auto-layer recipes, make smart components, OpenType rules, adjust axis, etc.

I will be using FontLab for this tutorial, but the same principles could be applied to any of the font-making software like Glyphsapp or Robofont.
