Join us on how easy it is to cook a seafood platter in just 10 minutes. This seafood platter will be your next favourite grilled seafood platter of choice.

Cooking time :- 7 Minutes on the Mussel pot and 2 - 3 minutes for the butterflied Prawns (Cooking times are are total cooking time combined)


Sauce ingredients : Lemon, Garlic, Half a cup of Wine, Salted butter, chopped onion, 1 cup of full cream some herbs, Salt & Pepper to taste..


This is so easy - you can do this at home like a legend.
