I have to say, I felt like this was a slow episode. Quite possibly my least favorite of the series so far. But nonetheless, there isn't a whole lot that can top the pursuit of the previous episode, so I guess this one didn't even bother to try. At least plenty of criminal scum was stopped right there for violating the law - no one does that on MY watch.
