Step by step process for making and canning chicken stew.

2 qt chopped, corded and peeled tomatoes
1-1/2 quart of peeled and chopped potatoes
1 qt of whole kernel corn
2 cups of chopped medium onion
1-1/2 quarts chicken broth
10 lb bag of chicken leg quarters cooked and deboned
(Save the broth for stew.
Salt and pepper to taste (canning salt if canning. Regular salt if eating immediately)
Combine all beginning in large pot
Add broth
Add chicken
Salt / pepper to taste
Simmer for 15 minutes
Ladle hot soup into jars

Cook in canner according to canner instructions
