Halloween Pumpkin Carving and Decorating Ideas

This is a complete tutorial on how to carve and decorate a pumpkin. I did this with my 4 year old daughter. It is our first time and the carving was easy. The items we used here were also cheap since we bought them from Dollar Tree and 1/2 price off from Hobby Lobby. Other items we already have on hand.
