The BMW Motorrad R 1300 GS Trophy Competition is a motorcycle designed for the International GS Trophy competition and is not available for purchase. A similar model, the R 1300 GS Trophy, is available for purchase and has some cosmetic differences from the competition model.

The R1300 GS is lighter than the previous model and has a new matrix LED headlight. The International GS Trophy will be held in Namibia from September 15 to 20 and will include 60 riders from 22 national teams.
