Why? Prescott, especially the areas of Prescott that are sought for, have limited houses for sale. That makes the Real Estate market strong and the inventory available is quite low. Fewer Real Estate sellers, but still quite high demand for Real Estate. Therefore, Real Estate prices are not really falling as much as other places...
