How we installed 64GB DDR5 Ram (32GB x2) in an ASUS PN64 Mini PC

Installing 64GB DDR5 RAM (32GB x2) in an ASUS PN64 Mini PC:
ASUS PN64 is the latest mini PC in the popular ASUS PN series. It is fairly new as of now and there is conflicting information on 64Gb DDR5 RAM support. Some sources claim 32GB max support and some claim 64GB max support.
We have managed to successfully install 64GB of RAM using this method.
We used:
- Mini PC: ASUS PN64-B-S7035MD
- RAM: Crucial CT32G48C40S5 x2

Update: We had encountered a batch of ASUS PN64 Mini PCs whereby the motherboard was unable to support 64GB and could only support 32GB stably. We had filed a warranty claim for this, which ASUS honoured.
