Prof. Fawaz Gerges from the London School of Economics and Political Science tells Bloomberg it would be dangerous for the US and Israel to not take the ICC seriously as its chief prosecutor seeks an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, on war crimes charges.
