Which of these Atari 2600 Pac Man Releases are Better?

The Official Pac-Man release was created Tod Frye back in 1982. It was known for being the Atari 2600 King. However, Rob Kudla decided to make a better version of Pac-Man for the Atari 2600. He modified the Atari 2600 Ms. Pac-Man Port to look like the Better Pac-Man Game for the System back in 1999 known as "Pac-Man Arcade"!
