Eating Whatever We Catch in Mangrove Backwaters!

Key Largo, Florida: Me ancient and I hit the mangroves to try and catch whatever swims among the entangled roots of this famous tree. Mangrove snapper, schoolmaster snapper and red-mouth grunts are among the catch of the day. We then cooked it fresh on the bow of the boat and enjoyed some tasty fish tacos!
