Ultimate SRV! John's thoughts on the new John Cruz Masterbuilt Vaughan Brothers SRV #1.

As you might have seen in a recent unboxing video, John has just taken delivery of the John Cruz Masterbuilt "Vaughan Brothers" Stratocasters, a duo dedicated to the legendary Stevie Ray and Jimmie Vaughan.

Arguably one of the most famous guitars in the world, the SRV #1 long stood as Stevie’s pride and joy in the studio and on the road until his untimely demise. Paying tribute in painstaking detail to the guitar Stevie affectionately dubbed his “first wife,” the SRV #1 is a sonically and aesthetically correct rendition of a legendary instrument.

Stevie Ray is John's guitar hero and a massive influence on his playing, so when the opportunity came to get his hands on these incredible instruments, he just couldn't say no!
