Eclipse video of the eclipse on August 21st, 2017. After a 15 hour, 998 mile journey from Southern California, I set camp in the town of Culver, Oregon about 20 miles out of Madras, Oregon; by the Haystack Reservoir. I captured my personal eclipse experience to share with you all. I spent the night in my car before the event. This area of the country is so beautiful and I am glad I made this trip. I tried to avoid the masses that were camping out in town, I estimate over 50k. I used an HVX-200 to catch the commentary, a GoPro Camera to capture the wide angle; the aerial shots were from "AirMexicam One", my Phantom 4 Drone and some shots with my Nikon DSLR. This was an amazing and glorious experience that everybody that has an opportunity to experience should. In 7 years there will be another opportunity to see a total eclipse. Thank you for sharing this video with me. I hope that this video helped show the wonder of this heavenly event. This is another thing off my bucket list. So, until 2024, probably in Texas.
