Ingredients:
1 tbsp wood pressed groundnut oil
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
3 cardamoms, 3 cloves, 1/2 mace, a small piece of cinnamon, 1 star anise
4-5 garlic cloves chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/3 tsp garam masala
3 cups moong sprouts
a sprig of fresh moringa leaves
2 cups cooked rice (i used illupai poo rice)
Juice of half a lemon
coriander leaves
pink himalayan salt as needed.
