Found 1 Of The Problems With My 2018 Ariens Platinum SHO.

Got a chance to look at the blower today. All adjustments were to spec, but the lower housing and all the drive system parts are still very wet. Ariens has a situation where snow blown back on the engine and muffler and engine melt and then runs down on the drive system components wetting everything and forming ice. That is the reason for the slippage and lack of power. I would not recommend this machine at all. Hopefully we can get Ariens to address this and fix all the machines with this issue.
