After WE 218 passes over the Sygan Bridge running roughly four hours late, a two hour late 643 is able to leave Rook. Seen around 1:32 into the video, the lead unit nearly scrapes the bottom of the plow off the rails. This section of track, located at Mayer Street in Bridgeville, has since been repaired.
