I always enjoy cooking in backyard kitchen garden with nature. I this video I am cooking most famous Indian tandoori roti using besan(gram flour) , plane flour onion chillies and some spices called missi roti. This tandoori roti (missi roti) is most popular in Indian wedding reception party. Along with this tandoori missi roti I cooked Paneer(Indian cottage cheese) called paneer malai gravy. Its taste is sweet and savour which compliments the spicy and crunchy flavour of tandoori missi roti , its amazing combination for food lovers. I cooked this recipe in a clay handi and it is always more appetizing cooking in clay pots on wood fire stove.
