Ingredients:
• Chicken 500 Grams
• Onion (Piyaaz) 2 Medium
• Green Chilies (Hari Mirch) 6 – 7
• Almond (Badam) 15 to 18
• Roasted Grams (Bhunay Chanay) 3 Tablespoon
• Peanuts (Moong Phali) 3 Tablespoon
• Coconut (khopra) 4 Tablespoon
• Yogurt (Dahi) 400 Grams
• Gram Flour (Besan) 4 Tablespoon
• Salt (Namak) ½ Tablespoon
• Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
• Oil Half cup
For Tarka:
• Oil Half Cup
• Coconut (Khopra) 2 Tablespoon
• Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1 Teaspoon
• Green Chilies (Hari Mirch) 1 – 2 (Large)

How to Make Memoni Chicken Kadhi
Direction/Method/Preparation

Step 1:

• Take a grinder, Add 2 medium onions (Piyaaz), 7 to 8 green Chilies (Hari Mirch). Grind to make a paste.
• Add 15- 18 Almonds (Badam), 3 tablespoons of Roasted Grams (Bhunay Chanay), 3 tablespoons of Peanut (Moong Phali), and 4 tablespoons of Coconut (Khopra). Grind to make a Paste.

Step 2:

• Take a pan, Heat half a cup of oil. Add Paste, and 500 grams of chicken. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3:

• Grind 400 grams of yogurt and 4 Tablespoons of Gram flour (Besan) with one cup of water. And make a paste.

Step 4:

• After minutes add 4 to 5 glasses of water in a pan, Add Paste. Mix well. Add ½ Tablespoon of Salt (Namak), and 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice.
• Cook for 30 Minutes.

Step 5:

• Take a pan, Heat half a cup of oil. Add 2 tablespoons of Coconut (Khopra), 1 Teaspoon of cumin seeds (Zeera), and 1 -2 Green chili (Hari Mirch).
• Pour the hot tarka over the chicken Kadhi.
• Mazeedar Chicken kadhi is ready.

Serving:

• Serve Chicken kadhi with Rice.

Tips:

• Grind all the ingredients properly.
