This secret phase occurs if you shrink and stay in the mini-plane form when Djimmi is scanning at the start of the fourth phase. Djimmi pulls three strings containing miniatures of a dinosaur, Dr. Kahl's Robot and a stone statue. Afterwards, he brings up a mini-Puphead who will dance towards the center of the screen, and Djimmi's last phase will start.
This mini-Puphead will shoot one projectile at a time on a clock-wise or counter-clockwise motion in 8 directions.
