A special one for Buzz Buds' 100th film! Carter's been going to a buddy's place for cuts for the past few months, and his mohawked barber has been egging him towards something tighter. Today, he bit the bullet and sat down, asking for a nice, tight horseshoe flattop. Of course, once he felt that short flattop, he couldn't help but ask to have it all taken off!
