Oscar Swollen Stomach

My oscar has had a swollen stomach for about 3 weeks now. I am looking for advise on what I can do. I have tried Magnesium Sulfate which has not worked. I tried feeding peas, etc. that has not worked. I believe that it may be a tumor or a parasitic infection. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
