Stanley McChrystal's last assignment as a four-star general was commanding all U.S. and international forces in Afghanistan. He had previously served as the director of the Joint Staff and as the commander of the Joint Special Operations Command. He is currently a senior fellow at Yale's Jackson Institute for Global Affairs and cofounder of leadership consulting firm, The McChrystal Group.

The General was on stage with co-author and 15-year U.S. Navy Seal veteran Chris Fussell and prominent investment banker Roy March.
