In my opinion
The setup is really good, I always loved ice rockets. This is why I am using oxy and aragon on rook.
the damage is high, and raven ability is a great match with this wepons, cryo is also getting buff next update, so it's a good investment damage will increase 5% more, and it will become a killing machine.
the challenge is the reloading time. You have to match raven ability along with reloading, or you will lose the robot because the rockets are going very slow incase if it empty.
I really recommend upgrading this wepons for me it's great but as I said you must be careful while you are playing with it.
