On this episode, Kristian sits down with desert stoner rock legend Brant Bjork of Kyuss and Fu Manchu fame. Brant is a father of two boys, Swan and Brazil, and a proud Rad Dad. Brant discusses how becoming a father taught him about love, and how communication is a gateway to creation. He also shared his mantra for navigating fatherhood – “Be a Rad Dad and a Glad Dad, not a Bad Dad, a Sad Dad or a Mad Dad"
