TUTORIAL: Building a Puppet Rig in Flash

Rigging tutorial: You wanna learn how to make a puppet rig for Flash? Here's how I do it.

I tried to make this as concise but as informative as possible. I was able to cut it down to 9 minutes while preserving all the important stuff.
