Note: The value of R5(Tx) and R1(Rx) may slightly different while making on project board. Read Data sheet of encoder and decoder ICs for detail. If your circuit does not work even after making on pcb, try some nearest upper and lower values for R1(Rx) or connect a 500k Pot and fine tune it until you got a matched frequency.
