RIVIAN R1S DELIVERY with CRACKED ROOF... major disappointing experience

The excitement and hype was real during our 2 year long wait, only to be let down by a pretty major defect. You would think Rivian would have caught it during the multiple pre-quality inspection checks and fixed it pre-delivery, right? Nope... we had to take delivery, then deal with the hassle of scheduling and dropping it off a few days later, leaving it there for 5 days then picking it back up. We dropped it off all brand new shiny and clean, and picked it back up dusty and dirty. Also, I dropped the car off with the window sticker aka Monroney Label, but service decided to take it off and throw it away for me… thanks for making that decision for me. I was planning on keeping that so thanks a lot, Rivian. Not a great first impression to say the least.

However, our delivery rep was awesome and the car is a beast and drives amazing! Crossing our fingers our Rivian ownership is smooth sailing from here. Look out for more videos coming soon and thanks for watching!
