Recipe:
Chocolate Ice Cream Sticks 🍫🍨

Frozen Whole Bananas - 6 nos
Milk - 1/4th Cup
Salt - a Pinch
Vanilla Essence - 1/4th Tsp
Honey - 2 Tbsps
Peanut butter - 3 Tbsps
Chocolate for Coating

Process :
Start by blending the frozen bananas along with milk, peanut butter, vanilla essence, honey & a pinch of salt until the bananas break down completely
Transfer the frozen mix to ice cream moulds & allow them to freeze overnight
De-mould, dip & coat the ice cream sticks in melted chocolate
Serve cold & Enjoy 🍫🍨

Green Pasta 🍝🌱

Basil Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Cashews - 1/4th Cup
Olive Oil - 2 Tbsps
Cauliflower (Big Florets) - 1/2 Head
Whole Spinach - 1/2 Cup
Onion - 1 No
Garlic - 3 Cloves
Cheese - 1/4th Cup
Pasta Cooking Liquid - as Required
Penne Pasta - 100g
Salt & Pepper - to Taste

Process :
Pre-heat the oven at 180C
Place big chunks of cauliflower, onion & garlic on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Season the veggies with salt & pepper to taste & drizzle some olive oil
Roast the veggies in a pre-heated oven for 15-18 mins
For the Green Pasta Sauce - add the roasted veggies along with the basil leaves, soaked cashews, cheese, olive oil, pasta cooking water & blend until it forms a smooth sauce
Pour the sauce over some boiled pasta
Toss well, Garnish with some cheese & basil leaves & Enjoy 🍝🌱
